UPDATE: 11-11-20
Due to the large amount of COVID cases and number of our students who have been quarantined, we have decided to postpone the Fall Retreat to the Winter. Current intention is for the retreat to happen in February. There are several cases which have lead to this decision: rising cases and quarantines in the Bryant School, 1.5 hour van ride there and back, and sleeping arrangements; are a few of the factors that prevent us from being confident in moving forward at this time. As well, with the retreat being so close to Thanksgiving, I did not want to be a part of putting students (or leaders) in a situation that could potentially prevent them from being with family over the holiday and not being able to taste all the yummy food!
Our intention is to move the retreat to February. If you have paid (or not) we have a proposition. Option 1) We can refund the full amount if desired, or choose option 2) Next Wednesday Night, we will be distributing the Fall Retreat sweatshirts (they had to be ordered in advance), if you paid you will receive a sweatshirt and the amount you paid for the retreat will rollover and prepay for the retreat when it is scheduled, or option 3) you haven't paid yet, but want your sweatshirt, bring $20 on Wednesday and you'll go home with the super soft, sweetly designed charcoal black sweatshirt and when the next retreat is scheduled you'll get an automatic $20 discount.
You can let Peter know your intentions on or before next Wednesday, Nov 18th. peter@fsbcbryant.org
